Rounding in GW? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey I've got a quick question about how the game rounds numbers.

If I've got a staff with enchantments last 19% longer and I cast healing breeze on myself will it last 11 seconds or 12.

I know some games instantly round down, I'm hoping GW isn't one of them.

It truncates. Whatever the digit is before the decimal is what it is I believe.

I've tested this on... something... Pretty sure it's how it works. Iirc it was a 380% Aura of restoration, or something, ehhh.

K, got numbers this time

383% Aura of restoration and Balthazar's Aura.

3.83*25 = 95.75

Cast on field, only got +95 hp back.

If this method is consistent for everything, GW truncates.
So uh, yes, it rounds down

That SUCKS so much.

I could use a 10% or a 19% and get the same effect

since all my enchantments last the same length, 10.

BAH

Now I have to pay an insane amount for a 20% sword pommel.

No, just if it was 19.9% would it round down to 19%. 19% is still 19%.
